I look like a naked mole rat. Hey guys, it's Annika. Welcome to my Channika. Today, I'm going to be doing a First Impressions video.
Not everything is a First Impressions, but I have - of course - been getting more makeup recently. Uh-huh. I need help. I have a problem.
But I actually got the Morphe 35O2 Palette. And I know that I'm super f-ing late on this, but honestly, I was debating if I even wanted it or not. Because I have the normal 350. But then I was like, "Girl.
I've been super into red recently. And also, I like this palette a thousand times more. Like, these colors are just way more up my alley. These ones are way darker.
And you know, on a day-to-day basis, I wouldn't be using darker colors, but I just feel like I . . . I don't .
. . I don't have a reason. I just bought it because I have a problem.
So I'm gonna be using this today. It's so much more pretty. I'll grab the 350. Yeah.
Morphe's redoing themselves. Like, here's the 350, here's the 3502. Um, they're the same size. They're made of the same material.
But this one has words on it. The packaging, the box, was way nicer. This one just has a sticker. This is 350.
They both don't have mirrors. But this one doesn't come with shade names, and this one does. It's annoying that it's on a sheet, so I might glue the sheet right here, because it doesn't have a mirror. I feel like that would be kind of helpful.
I don't know and I don't really give a f--. I also placed a huge order off of ColourPop, and all my things came. I ordered the concealer. I ordered one of their bronzers.
I ordered a bunch of their eyeshadows. But I'm not gonna be playing with the eyeshadows today. But . .
. Why don't we just prime my eyelid? I didn't wear any makeup to school today, and I've never gone to school with no makeup on. I don't know why. I guess I just didn't really feel like it.
And honestly? Hot mess. I'm gonna take the ColourPop No Filter Concealer. And I got the shade "Light Neutral." I think it's "Light 15." I feel like that's what I got. I feel like this oxidizes a little bit.
I've tried it once. Slo una vez. So like, I honestly don't know; But I just remember swatching it on my hand and being like, "Wow. This is really really light.
I don't think I'm gonna be able to pull this off." But then I put it on my face, and I was like, "Oh." But, who knows? I just wanted to add on to a continuation of my last Get Ready With Me, where I was talking about words that end in "ies" or "y" that bug me. "Mommy" and "Daddy" make me want to shoot myself. Like, I can't. Like, I can't do it.
I'm just like, "Oh my god. Why would you add the extra letters? Just say "Mom" and "Dad." Mother and Father. Okay. I'm gonna be setting my eyes with the Coty Airspun Powder.
Also, I'm pretty sure this video is going up tomorrow, which is Thursday, because I haven't had any time to film a video. Because I know that my posting schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday. But a b-- is a f-ing mess. Honestly.
What do you expect? Should I tape my eyes? Are we gonna really be that extra today? I think we are. When am I not extra, honestly? Also, my makeup table is a mess. I honestly can't find anything. What am I looking for? Love my life.
Honestly, a lot of people complain about palettes not having mirrors, but I really could not give less of a f--. I know it's mostly these bougie-ass b-- are like, "It's hard to travel with." But for me, the only traveling that I do is from my bed to my kitchen. If I did, I would just use the bathroom mirror. Are you f-ing thick? Like, actually, honestly, why? Okay.
Morphe 3502. I'm really excited. I don't know where to start. I really like this color.
I think it's called "Fire." And then, this shade looks so metallic. And that one is called "Pure." Not me. Okay. I'm gonna start off with the shade "Universal," which is just this shade right here.
Oh honey, that is not universal. That is a dark-ass color for me. Yeah, these are really dark, I feel like I heard. I haven't watched very many reviews on this.
I only watched Katty Maddie's tutorial. I feel like I've heard someone saying that it's all darker colors, and it's like, they wish that they had some matte whites and sh--. I mean, it's nice that they have a matte black. That's cool.
I'm using this as my transition shade. It's actually not that bad. I'm just trying to get a light amount and tap off my brush. Also, who would travel with Morphe palettes anyways? They're so f-ing big.
I think I'm gonna take this brown shade and a little bit of the red. Just . . .
We want to build up to the red, because I feel like that's gonna be a lot all at once. Why do I suck so f-king bad at makeup? Honestly? I feel like when I don't do makeup for one day then it all goes downhill. Okay. So I'm getting a lot of that red shade, and I'm gonna start buffing it in.
This is the Morphe MB23 brush, by the way. It's just like a kind of really big crease brush. Um, I also ordered my palette. I ordered it from Ulta, because a b-- gotta get those Ulta points.
Also, I swore to myself that I would stop buying Morphe because I just don't like what they stand for. Like, I just don't like them as a company. But when this palette came out, I was really triggered, to say the least. I needed it.
And honestly, I'm still gonna f-ing buy from Morphe. Who am I kidding? I'm gonna go back into the first shade we took, "Universal." And I'm just gonna make sure this is all blended. Okay, I'm gonna deepen it up a little bit. What am I gonna deepen it up with? I think I'm gonna take this shade right here.
And that is called "Chestnut." Chest nut! And I'm gonna be putting that in my outer corner. I'm going back in with "Universal," blending it in. Okay. These shadows aren't hard to blend.
I feel like they are, not fall-out-y . . . Maybe a little bit.
But just very, very powdery. I'm fine with that. Lots of people have a problem with powdery eyeshadows. It's not like Subculture powdery.
It's just like LORAC powdery. Like, you're fine. I feel like it results in me getting a lot of pigment on my brush, and then my eyeshadow goes up to my f-ing eyebrow. Um, so I might just kill myself.
Always an option. My camera is tilted way too high up. It's been 9 minutes and I haven't done jack sh--. Okay.
So I'm trying to decide if I should do a half cut crease, or if I should just go in straight with the lid color. And I think I'm feeling the half cut crease, because . . .
I'm using the ColourPop No Filter Concealer. I must say that I primed my eyes really nicely. I'm impressed. I'm impressed.
I'm suicidal. Ughhhh. Oh no. Oh no.
Oh. No. Sh--y half cut crease, because, obviously, what else would I do? Ooof! Where did the f-ing brush go? Ahhh. Suicide is the only option .

That means it's Christmas. Because literally, November 1st is when it's okay to start thinking about Christmas. Like, I love Thanksgiving and all, but I'm a vegetarian, so it's kind of a stupid holiday for me. Also, it just kind of annoys me, because Thanksgiving always gets in the way of the Christmas spirit.
Not saying that Thanksgiving is bad. I'm just saying that whenever I'm like, "Oh yay, Christmas is soon!" They're like, "What about Thanksgiving?" That's how I feel about Halloween, too. It's just like . .
. I'm gonna go back into the shade "Fire," the really bright red shade, and I'm just gonna try and blend the harsh line. But I'm gonna be doing so many freaking Christmas videos. I will be doing so many.
What color should I do on my lid? I know that I wanted to use the shade "Pure." The really, really sparkly one. But I kinda want to do something a little bit more gold. I don't know if I should do this orange. That is f-ing gorgeous.
That is one of the prettiest eyeshadows I've ever put my hand into. I just busted a nut. Maybe I should do . .
. I think I'm gonna mix it. Because "Pure" is too light, but then this gold shade is a little bit too dark. I want a lighter gold.
So I'm gonna be mixing it with the shade "Zippy." Do I use my finger or a brush? I'm gonna start with a brush. I'm nervous. I'm snervous. I don't know why I'm nervous.
Probably because I'm doing it with a brush. Okay. And then I'm gonna spray my brush. I spray all of my brushes.
This isn't like . . . I'm not targeting the palette.
Ooof. And I'm gonna be putting that where I cut out my crease. I look like a f-ing hot mess, honestly. But when do I not? Not sure how I feel about it with a brush.
Maybe it's because I sprayed it, because I just went back into the "Zippy" color, I didn't get any "Pure," and it went on really well. Let me try. Maybe it's "Pure" that's not applying well. Yeah, because they are different formulas.
I feel like "Pure" is a little bit more like pressed glitter. Like, not actually pressed glitter. It's a little bit more chunky, if you know what I mean. And "Zippy" is really smooth.
So maybe it's just easier to use "Zippy" on a brush. Either way, I'll just put "Zippy" down and I'll put a little bit of "Pure" on top. Ooof. Okay, now I'm gonna take "Pure," the lighter gold shade.
I'm gonna put that on manually, just to lighten up a little bit. Good. I like it. I like her.
I like her. All in all, I would rate this palette an 8 out of 10. The only thing that would make it a 10 out of 10 is if it had a little bit lighter shades. The thing that I feel with most Morphe palettes is: This get so redundant.
These are all the same thing, honey. And I wish that they had a dark . . .
Like this shade, but darker. The closest thing they have is this shade, which I used in my outer corner. These shades are literally all the same. Literally all of them.
They have slightly different undertones. This one's kind of purple. This one's kind of green. But when will I need a green/brown colored eyeshadow? If I'm doing sh-- inspired look? Like, no.
F-- you. Okay. I'm gonna take the Essence Waterproof Eyeliner Pen. I got Rhianna hooked on this.
This sh-- is so good. And it's so cheap. I think it's like 3 bucks? $2.99? Okay. I'm gonna line my eyes, fill in my eyebrows, and I will be right back.
Ooof. Okay for primer, I'm going to be using the Milk Makeup Cooling Water stick. They sent this to me. I was so freaking excited, and honestly? Living for it.
And I'm also going to use the Blur Stick because, why the hell not? I had this before. They didn't send it to me. This next product, I'm super f-ing excited about. You guys know how I've been so salty at Milani because their shade in their Conceal + Perfect, like, the shade 01 is so dark.
So dark. Would never fit me in a million years. And this was their lightest shade. They came out with three new shades that were lighter than this.
So I got the shade 00B. I should have gotten the shade 00, because it's a little bit light for me. But I'm gonna mix these two. I'm really happy.
I had to fricken order this off of the Milani website. I would have gotten it sooner, but I really just didn't want to pay for shipping for one f-in item. But I did, because this is my favorite foundation. Oh my god, also .
. . I'm really interested in the Huda Beauty primer, like, the one that came out with her foundation. Like, really, really interested.
Like, everybody's saying that it's super tacky and I'm kind of all about that. And then kathleenlights just hauled an e.L.F. One, and said that it was super tacky. Like, tackier than her Sicily one, which I wanted - the Sicily one - so .
. . Because I love tacky primer. Because I don't like wearing foundation, because it always comes off by the end of the day.
So hopefully, maybe, possibly we can fix this problem. Okay, I'm gonna take a little bit of this and carefully go around my eyebrows. Do you guys do your eyebrows before or after foundation? Please let me know. I'm genuinely curious.
It's habit for me to do them before, but it would definitely be easier if I did them after. All righty. I look awful. I'm gonna take the ColourPop No Filter Concealer.

Now we're gonna be doing some fun sh--. Why isn't my bronzer in my bronzer drawer? Where is it? Where is she? Where did she go? This is some Illuminati sh-. Actually, where's the contour? Like, I actually really wanted to use this. Hold please.
I'm honestly really f-ing triggered. Like, I'm actually dead-ass right now. I'm so triggered. I was really excited to try that.
It was in the shade "Private Party." And I even checked the trash, to see if maybe I threw it away with the box by accident. But it's not in there. I am Confucius. Contouring this big-ass forehead.
Honestly, I don't really contour, to be quite honest. I really just bronze. Contouring is with a really cool-toned shade, and I usually stick to the warm tones. I need to just shut the f-- up, honestly.
This eyeliner is so bad. Like, I almost can't handle it. Okay. I'm trying to decide whether or not I should use my new OFRA Highlighter in the shade "Blissful," or if I should use the L.A.
Girl Strobe Lite Powder in "50 Watt." Like, I just got both of these. The OFRA one was sent to me, and I bought the L.A. Girl one. It looks so similar, honestly.
I'm gonna do the OFRA one. I was really worried that it's not gonna be my color, because it . . .
[Coughs] It looks kind of dark. Um, it could be worse. Like, it could be darker. It's so glittery.

I'm not gonna lie. I also got the Anastasia Sugar Glow Kit recently. Why don't we give that a whirl? What shade should I use? I love this glow kit because all the shades work for me. It makes me really happy.
I might take the shade "Butterscotch." Honestly, I'm gonna kill myself. There we go. Yeah, boo. Yeah, boi.

Oh my f-ing god, that took me like a year to do. So I decided not to go with the House of Lashes lashes, because they were just giving me a f-ing hard-ass time. So I'm using the Tarteist lashes in the style "Flirt." They look nice. I cut them a little bit too short.

I don't really give a f-, honestly. Now we're gonna do lips. And your girl copped this lipstick, and I am so excited about it. I wanted it solely for the f-ing packaging.
It's the Too Faced Melted Matte Liquid Lipstick in the shade "Gingerbread Man." I'm gonna line my lips. What would be a good color match? I'm gonna use the Essence one in the shade "In the Nude." I actually can't do lipstick without a lip liner. Okay, that literally didn't show up. Why don't I have any orange toned lip liners? Like, I have this f-ing bright-ass orange.

It makes my teeth look really yellow, but that might just be because my teeth are really yellow. I feel like it would be such a universally flattering shade, whether you're really pale or really dark. And also, it's good for the fall and for the winter. So .

Ooof. Okay for primer, I'm going to be using the Milk Makeup Cooling Water stick. They sent this to me. I was so freaking excited, and honestly? Living for it.
And I'm also going to use the Blur Stick because, why the hell not? I had this before. They didn't send it to me. This next product, I'm super f-ing excited about. You guys know how I've been so salty at Milani because their shade in their Conceal + Perfect, like, the shade 01 is so dark.
So dark. Would never fit me in a million years. And this was their lightest shade. They came out with three new shades that were lighter than this.
So I got the shade 00B. I should have gotten the shade 00, because it's a little bit light for me. But I'm gonna mix these two. I'm really happy.
I had to fricken order this off of the Milani website. I would have gotten it sooner, but I really just didn't want to pay for shipping for one f-in item. But I did, because this is my favorite foundation. Oh my god, also .
. . I'm really interested in the Huda Beauty primer, like, the one that came out with her foundation. Like, really, really interested.
Like, everybody's saying that it's super tacky and I'm kind of all about that. And then kathleenlights just hauled an e.L.F. One, and said that it was super tacky. Like, tackier than her Sicily one, which I wanted - the Sicily one - so .
. . Because I love tacky primer. Because I don't like wearing foundation, because it always comes off by the end of the day.
So hopefully, maybe, possibly we can fix this problem. Okay, I'm gonna take a little bit of this and carefully go around my eyebrows. Do you guys do your eyebrows before or after foundation? Please let me know. I'm genuinely curious.
It's habit for me to do them before, but it would definitely be easier if I did them after. All righty. I look awful. I'm gonna take the ColourPop No Filter Concealer.

It was in the shade "Private Party." And I even checked the trash, to see if maybe I threw it away with the box by accident. But it's not in there. I am Confucius. Contouring this big-ass forehead.
Honestly, I don't really contour, to be quite honest. I really just bronze. Contouring is with a really cool-toned shade, and I usually stick to the warm tones. I need to just shut the f-- up, honestly.
This eyeliner is so bad. Like, I almost can't handle it. Okay. I'm trying to decide whether or not I should use my new OFRA Highlighter in the shade "Blissful," or if I should use the L.A.
Girl Strobe Lite Powder in "50 Watt." Like, I just got both of these. The OFRA one was sent to me, and I bought the L.A. Girl one. It looks so similar, honestly.
I'm gonna do the OFRA one. I was really worried that it's not gonna be my color, because it . . .
[Coughs] It looks kind of dark. Um, it could be worse. Like, it could be darker. It's so glittery.

And this one is way darker. Ugh. Nothing's my shade right now. I'm emo about it.
I'm not gonna lie. I also got the Anastasia Sugar Glow Kit recently. Why don't we give that a whirl? What shade should I use? I love this glow kit because all the shades work for me. It makes me really happy.
I might take the shade "Butterscotch." Honestly, I'm gonna kill myself. There we go. Yeah, boo. Yeah, boi.

Oh my f-ing god, that took me like a year to do. So I decided not to go with the House of Lashes lashes, because they were just giving me a f-ing hard-ass time. So I'm using the Tarteist lashes in the style "Flirt." They look nice. I cut them a little bit too short.
This one looks janky. Honestly, I've given up. It looks like it's like coming off, but it's not. Oh, it is kind of coming off.
I don't really give a f-, honestly. Now we're gonna do lips. And your girl copped this lipstick, and I am so excited about it. I wanted it solely for the f-ing packaging.
It's the Too Faced Melted Matte Liquid Lipstick in the shade "Gingerbread Man." I'm gonna line my lips. What would be a good color match? I'm gonna use the Essence one in the shade "In the Nude." I actually can't do lipstick without a lip liner. Okay, that literally didn't show up. Why don't I have any orange toned lip liners? Like, I have this f-ing bright-ass orange.
You know what? F-- it. I love the Too Faced Melted Matte Liquid Lipsticks, and I love this color. Oh my god, what does that smell like? It smells like f-ing gingerbread cookies. Oh my god, I'm so happy right now.
It smells like chocolate icing That's exactly what it smells like. Honestly, the application was pretty smooth, considering the fact that I didn't have a lip liner, and I'm always f-ing bad at everything. It doesn't really match the eye look, but, honestly? I've given up. Godd--, this is the prettiest f-ing color ever.
It makes my teeth look really yellow, but that might just be because my teeth are really yellow. I feel like it would be such a universally flattering shade, whether you're really pale or really dark. And also, it's good for the fall and for the winter. So .
